After a successful 13 year stint as the AVP's treasurer, Jayne Monroe has packed away her calculator and spreadsheet and called it a day. We thank our wonderful friend for her dedication to keeping our finances in check over such a significant period of time - well over half of the time the AVP has been in existence.

We can't replace Jayne, she is unique and will always be a valued friend. However, we are now looking for a new treasurer/finance director and want to bring a new person or people onto our team with the immediate priority being this position.

Remuneration for the treasurer/finance director role is exactly the same as for all our positions - it is a voluntary role. We offer lots of hugs, acknowledgment, friendship and a shared celebration of making a positive difference for the LGBTi community in Victoria.

Please email your expression of interest to:
vicavp@antiviolence.info with "treasurer" in the header and we can meet up to talk through your interest and the role.
